It evolved to become my culminating research of partial fulfillment to the requirements of the Doctorate in Business Administration with focus on Healthcare Management from Atlantic International University. Basing my analysis on a single case qualitative case study approach, I examined the strategies that the leadership of hospitals may implement to overcome the identified impediments and achieve success in the hospital’s implementation of EHR integration that is integral in the upgrade of health services.My research focused on implementation from the practical aspect of mining strategies from leaders working in multiple hospitals located in Pennsylvania. I uncovered the themes in addressing EHR challenges such as stakeholder engagement, meaningful communication, testing usability, super user training programs, and transformational leadership are through systematic semi structured interviews.
